Terms of Trade

All orders are subject to acceptance by Ruvello Global. A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for confirmed orders. Production begins only upon receipt of the advance payment specified in the PI.

Prices are quoted in USD or Euro. Standard terms are FOB (Free On Board) Mundra/Chennai Port. CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) can be arranged. Prices are valid for 15 days due to ocean freight volatility.

We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or T/T (SWIFT). Standard T/T terms: 30% Advance to confirm order, 70% Balance against scanned Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.

Stone is a natural product created by geology, not factories. Variations in color, texture, and veining are inherent. Samples are indicative; the final slab may differ slightly in pattern.

For Gangsaw Slabs (20mm/30mm), thickness tolerance is +/- 1mm. For Calibrated Tiles, tolerance is +/- 0.5mm. Length and width tolerance is +/- 1mm as per international export standards.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
