A container ship pitches and rolls. If your granite slabs aren't secured like a fortress, they will arrive as gravel.
The Ruvello Standard
1. Wood Quality: We use fresh Pine wood, not jungle wood. It is strong and flexible.
2. ISPM-15 Fumigation: Every crate is heat-treated and stamped. Without this stamp, US/EU customs will reject the cargo and burn it at your expense.
3. L-Brackets & Straps: We use metal L-brackets to screw the crates to the container floor. We then use nylon lashing belts to bind the crates together.
The 'Loose Loading' Myth
Some factories 'loose load' slabs to fit more in. Never do this. It is a recipe for domino-effect breakage. Always insist on Pallet/Crate packing.
